In 2006 Zhejiang Zhongxi Shoes Co., Ltd. was founded by Liao Xianyu and Liao Xianfu in 2006. Address: Xianjiang Industrial Zone, Ruian City, with a total area of 4000, mainly produces injection shoes and cold bonded shoes. It has 160 employees and an annual output of 900000 pairs.

In 2011, it moved to Nanbin street light industry zone, with a total area of 4800 square meters, mainly producing injection molded shoes and cold bonded shoes. It has 230 employees and an annual output of 1.2 million pairs.

In 2018, in order to expand the scale, the company moved to building F, No. 111, Binhai 4th Road, Wenzhou Economic Development Zone, renamed as ouhang Shoes Co., Ltd., with a total area of more than 10000 square meters and more than 300 employees. The annual output is 1.5 million pairs.

Zhejiang Zhongxi Shoes Co., Ltd. was founded by Liao Xianyu and Liao Xianfu in 2006, a Greek youth of Wen nationality. It is a manufacturing enterprise integrating R & D, design, production and trade of footwear products (mainly women's shoes).
